ABOUT TOM

Hello! I'm Tom Oxnam, a Melbourne-based designer working in visual development and 2D animation.

When I'm not drawing I'm probably playing Dungeons & Dragons or behind a pottery wheel.

​

I specialise in background design/layout, character/prop design and illustration. I'm currently a sessional lecturer at RMIT teaching first year design and motion graphics.

In 2022, I graduated with High Distinction from the Bachelor of Design (Animation and Interactive Media) at RMIT and produced my 2D animated short, Take A Look At This Guy. It was selected as part of the Animated Shorts program at the 2023 Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF).
